Join Arts Council Wood Buffalo for the Collective Threads Opening Celebration and explore a diverse collection of artwork created by local artists of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels. The exhibition celebrates the unique perspectives, stories, and creative expression of artists throughout the region.
The evening will bring together artists, friends, family, and community members to celebrate local creativity, connect with the artists behind the work, and experience the many creative perspectives that make up Wood Buffalo's arts community.
The reception will feature live music and the official proclamation of September as Arts Month in Wood Buffalo, celebrating the important role arts and culture play in building a vibrant community. Light refreshments will be available for everyone to enjoy, with a bar offering beverages for purchase throughout the evening.
