Over the past 6 years, Mitchell has been focusing on the art of playing the bagpipes. As a part of a long family tradition of highland culture, Mitchell started to play the pipes to discover more about his heritage. What he loves most about playing is when he loses himself in the music.

Being a member of the Arts Council Wood Buffalo is important because we find ourselves through our connections to art. Mitchell hopes to help encourage people, especially in his own age group, to become involved in the arts.
