The piece is meant as a reimagining of reality, exploring the tension between modern society/life and the acceptance of art as an integral part in the balance. The weaving of the sepia industrial images with the colourful playful imagery visualizes that tension, and the woman looking from above represents the analysis and control of perception.

The original was made with magazine clippings, gems, and glitter, coming together in a bright, textured, and playful design. Printed on 5x7" matte photo paper, it’s full of detail and color, and re-embellished with glitter, gems, and glow-in-the-dark paint - ready to pop into your favorite frame.
