SUBMISSIONS NOW OPEN

Help celebrate Canada Day this year with Volume 2 of Multicultural Association of Wood Buffalo's Canada Day Song Book!

Inviting residents of Wood Buffalo to showcase their culture by sending in videos singing O’ Canada in any language of their choosing.

This year, we’re also excited to introduce an instrumental version to give residents of Wood Buffalo something to sing along to for years to come. Grab your bagpipes, drums or angklung and showcase your cultural instruments to the tune of the national anthem!

Get creative, dress in red and white, decorate the background, and showcase what Canada means to you. Let’s make this year's Canada Day Song Book one to remember!

The videos will be uploaded to our Facebook page, YouTube channel and featured in local public forums & events for Canada Day celebrations.

To submit your performance, please keep the following in mind:

- Record a video of yourself singing or playing 'O Canada' in any language and with any instrument you'd like

- Videos will need to be taken in a landscape orientation with good lighting

- No other music can be playing in the video other than 'O Canada'

Questions? Please contact Kendyl at events@mcawb.org

Submissions are due June 16th!
