Description
As humans spend more time connecting with nature to combat isolation, we have a newfound appreciation of that which we take for granted. The bold colours, larger than life creatures, and symbols I am using in my work to represent the transitory nature of time and place are meant to convey a sense of optimism for our collective future while reflecting on the past. To quote Gerhard Richter, “Art is the highest form of hope” and that is what I want people to experience when they view this work of art.
