Join set designer Karlie Christie for a unique two-part experience blending skill-building and hands-on creativity.
On Wednesday, October 15 from 5:30–7:30pm, participants will learn techniques used in professional scenic painting. Then, on Thursday, October 16 from 12:30–2:00pm, put your new skills into practice as part of the crew transforming the Keyano Theatre mainstage in preparation for the Wood Buffalo Excellence in Arts Awards.
We’re looking for a dedicated crew of five participants to take part in this exciting undertaking. Please register only if you are available for both the workshop and the practical session.
Participants should wear closed toed shoes, clothing suitable for painting, and be prepared for the physical demands of painting for several hours.
