Join local artist Hailey Nickerson for a two-part outdoor workshop exploring the delicate and meditative art of flower pressing. In the first session, participants will learn how to deconstruct and prepare flowers for pressing, gaining insight into techniques for drying and preserving plant materials. After allowing time for the flowers to dry, the group will reconvene to create unique, framed floral artworks using their own pressed blooms.
All materials are included, and participants will take home both their creations and their own flower press for future projects.

Part One – Saturday, July 12 from 1PM–4PM
Part Two – Saturday, August 23 from 1PM–4PM
