Redefining Relevance: AGM & Panel Discussion

Join Arts Council Wood Buffalo for Redefining Relevance: AGM & Panel Discussion, an evening of updates, insights, and engaging conversation. The event begins with our 2024 Annual General Meeting, where we’ll celebrate achievements, share updates, and look ahead to the future.

Following the AGM, enjoy a dynamic panel discussion featuring keynote speaker Alex Sarian, President & CEO of Arts Commons, alongside a lineup of esteemed local arts and culture leaders, including:

  • Karla Buffalo, CEO, Athabasca Tribal Council
  • Eugene Carnegie, Artistic Director, Keyano Theatre
  • Ana Maria Mendez, Programs, Events & Community Collaboration Manager, McMurray Métis
  • Liana Wheeldon, Executive Director, Arts Council Wood Buffalo

Together, they will explore the critical question: how can the arts maintain their relevance and impact in an ever-changing world?

The event is free to attend for Arts Council Wood Buffalo Members. Become a member today and be a part of this vital conversation.
