I wrote my first poem in a post-graduate class for a poetry competition. That was in early 2000. Then a couple of decades passed. I wrote in prose and poetic form from time to time, but never took it seriously until the spring of 2020. I am excited to say that I have enough of a collection that I am self-publishing my debut poetry book.

I work with a charitable non-profit that serves children. I live with my husband and a cat in a small town in Northern Alberta, Canada.
